My local grocery store had huge sale for paprika, so I bought so many of them.
I was thinking about what’s for dinner by using them, and I’ve decided to celebrate summer harvest with a bunch of paprika by cooking tomato soup.
I used many veggies, so even though the main character is tomato, still it has so many color and it entertain us.
Of course, the sour tomato and natural sweet of variety of veggies can entertain our tongue too!
- 1 can of tomato
- ⅛ of red paprika
- ⅛ of yellow paprika
- ⅛ of bell pepper
- ⅛ of zucchini
- 3 tablespoon of canned corn
- Some black olive
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup of water
- Some salt and pepper
- ½ of consomme stock
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Some basil flake
- Chop Veggies
- Grill veggies
In a large pan, put olive oil and veggies.
- Add liquid
Add tomato can and water, and bring it to boil.
Add konsome stock and sprinkle some salt and pepper.
Wait. if I was gonna celebrate summer harvest, why I didn’t buy tomato as well!?
Umm, looking back the grocery store where I went the other day, the tomato was more pricy than usual… maybe it was the tactic to boost up sales? 😛
