The veg I always stock on my kitchen is onion. I love it both as raw and cooked. While raw onion is spicy, crispy and good as a part of salad, cooked onion is sweet and the soft texture doesn’t disturb the taste of any dish.
I have shared some onion salad recipe, and here is the newest version!
Fresh veg salad become mild and refreshing flavor when they are mixed with sesame oil and salted kelp, so as same as other onion salad, this will be the best side dish for rich and juicy dish.
Onion has the great power to make your blood vessel healthy, so why don’t you just try it? 🙂
- 1 large onion – thinly sliced and soaked in water for about 10 min and squeeze out water
- 1 large carrot – chopped
- 1 tablespoon salted kelp
- ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ cup spinach – chopped
Toss them all!
Sometimes I’m too lazy to go grocery shopping, so I just make this salad only using onion. If you want some extra dish to make your dinner table perfect, just grab some onion and make it!
