Balsamic Portobello Sandwich

Hello there, welcome to my new posting!


When I went to Italian restaurant, I had grilled portobello as appetizer. It was my dinner buddy’s choice, but I thanked the decision when the dish came to our table and when I bring the first bite on my mouth. It was so good. Huge portobello with mellow and sour flavor of balsamic vinaigrette made such a great combination, and literally we fought which one of us would have the last bite of that dish.


So when I found portobello mushroom on my local grocery, it joined my shopping cart. My dinner buddy said he needed lunch the next day, so I made sandwich to made up with him for not sharing the last bite of portobello @ Italian restaurant.


Huge portobello steak with balsamic vinaigrette. Isn’t it such a wonderful sandwich ever!?

Veggies Stir Fry with Oyster-Mayo Sauce

Hello there, welcome to my new posting!


Thick and rich taste. This is what I wanted to have cold days!


The bald taste made with oyster sauce and mayonnaise can boost up the speed of my hand bringing another bite of rice, and feel like that can warm up my body!


Crispy veggies are well mixed with the sauce, and most importantly, it is super easy to cook! 😀

Zucchini Bread

Veggie in cake. Can you believe these combination?


I couldn’t until I read a chick lit book and the guy in the story loved homemade zucchini bread. (I was expecting to get some nice and cheesy love story on that, but I got another food idea I wanted to make…:P)


It came out great, honestly. I’d never thought veggie could get along with sweets that much.


Do you doubt me? You don’t after you try it! 😀
