When I went to Italian restaurant, I had grilled portobello as appetizer. It was my dinner buddy’s choice, but I thanked the decision when the dish came to our table and when I bring the first bite on my mouth. It was so good. Huge portobello with mellow and sour flavor of balsamic vinaigrette made such a great combination, and literally we fought which one of us would have the last bite of that dish.
So when I found portobello mushroom on my local grocery, it joined my shopping cart. My dinner buddy said he needed lunch the next day, so I made sandwich to made up with him for not sharing the last bite of portobello @ Italian restaurant.
