My dinner buddy’s favorite cake is cheesecake. (FYI, mine is any kind as long as its name is cake:P)
But since he decided to be a vegan, I haven’t cooked cheese cake for a while. For some reason, he said it’s cheesecake time, so I’m sharing my favorite cheesecake recipe.
This is crustless, so you can skip the crust making step to save your time. Also you won’t surprise how much butter you need to put in just a thin crust:P
