Since I got food processor, I use it at least once a day to make my meal. I knew a food processor is such a wonderful tool because it is so convenient, but I never thought the gadget could be that convenient.
In 3 seconds, it can mince hard veggies or make veg soup smooth. I’m sure this gadget appears often in my cooking life.
So today, I’m sharing the-recipe-of-how-i-did for one of the most popular dips in the world: HUMMUS!
Before I come to the US, I never tasted hummus because I didn’t have opportunity to try it, even garbanzo bean. But when I tried it at mediterranean restaurant, I fell in love with the paste. Creamy and rich flavor of garbanzo bean and crispy pita bread cracker make the best combination, and even though I wanted to make my own, it was difficult without having food processor. But now, I have my own and I can choose what flavor to add. Then my next step is just try making it!
