Okra Glass Noodle Salad

Summer is good season with so much of sunshine.

When I was in CA, it was always burning for heat and sometimes it was too difficult to sleep. Now I moved to northern area and the heat is not that hard, but still the food is one of my signature dish during summer.

Nice cold okra and glass noodle soaked in refreshing sour dressing, your appetite will keep staying tune even in hot day.

Curry Udon Soup

I’ve shared the dry curry udon, but for a chilly day, you’d want to eat it with hot soup to warm your body up. Usually if you order curry udon at Japanese restaurant, you’d get the one with this recipe: a hint of bonito stock to make the soup more flavorful.

Curry is everyone’s favorite, and udon noodle is also an awesome food, so why don’t you just give it try once!? I’m sure you’ll be obsessed it 🙂

Soba Salad with Ginger Miso Dressing

While I was on grocery shopping, I passed dressing aisle that shelf was filled with many kinds of mayo, ranch, or vinaigrette dressing. And, I saw miso ginger dressing.

Miso Ginger Dressing. Wow. it’s interesting.

While some of you may think it’s nothing special in American grocery store selection, I was shocked because I have never used miso for dressing. It was definitely new world for me, so I got see if miso ginger dressing suite for some cold dish before my final judge.

I’ve heard about soba salad, so I combined to try them together.
